Dadar: A fallen beauty

A one of the most beautiful places in Mansehra. Dadar is a small town in Siran valley. The seneic beauty and fresh aura makes this place a wonderful place to spend your vacations. Dadar comes just after the Shinkiari. If you are coming from Islamabad, it would take almost 2.5 hours to reach here. The town is covered in tall pine trees and numerous rocks. The history of rocks is also interesting. Back in 2000, Dadar was hit by a  lightening, in a result a wast area of town was destructed by landsliding. But time flied, and life took over the ruins, but still there are signs of the great land sliding.

The sky-touching pine trees, lush green mountains and cool breeze makes this place most peaceful. That's why there is also a mental hospital in this area. Well, the town is best for spending time with family and going for a hike. But there is only one guest house in this area, Pine Valley view.

Siran Valley is famous for its beauty, but also the roads hold a potential danger of landslide. The weather here is in constant change, and you can expect a heavy rain just after a blazing hot noon. Landsliding is very common in some areas of Siran valley, so must take precautions and check whether before traveling.

When you are in the Siran valley, you'd need something to tame your cravings. And nothing else tastes better than a fresh water fish of Siran river. Along with this, samosas and pakoras would make your day.
