Islamabad—Let’s Explore It More

The capital of a country possesses much importance, as it contains all the political rush and gathers many visitors from all around the world.

If we talk about this beautiful land of peace & harmony, apart from all the Political and Safety aspects, it has something that attracts both the Travelers and Non-travelers to must visit this place at least once in a lifetime. And once they visit this scenic masterpiece, they cannot help themselves not to visit it again.

Islamabad is like your palm, it is the joining point of all the fingers. Where all the diverse cultures meet from all around Pakistan. We can easily find a Pathan, Sindhi, Balochi, Punjabi, Gilgiti, Kashmiri and many other creeds in Islamabad. Along with diversity in cultures, there are many other visiting places, eateries, shopping centers, cultural heritage, structure, political stature, history etc. In this article, we would try to cover as many possible.

Let’s get started with the Tourist Attraction places. We did discuss a few in the previous article but they were like a drop in the ocean. Some of them are mentioned below:

PARKS (FATIMA JINNAH, JAPANESE, ROSE & JASMINE GARDEN)

There are some famous Parks in Islamabad which are full of greenery. Tourists enjoy their leisure time in these parks with their family, friends, relatives, colleagues etc. In the morning time, these parks are almost full because Islamabadians take care of their health and walk.

The Fatima Jinnah Park also known as the F-9 park is the most graceful and famous park in Islamabad, it is full of greenery and its wonderful flowers specially in the spring season are a pearl to look, feel and sense.

Japanese park is the desire of every child. Since, it has many swings in it and playful exercises. People enjoy coming here not only because of their children but also to be close to nature as well as each other.

Similarly, another garden known as Rose & Jasmine Garden is a scenic beauty for tourists having all that they want like calmness, quietness, scenery, greenery, colorful flowers etc. It is adjacent to the Sports Complex.  Many couples can also come and feel the pleasure of these parks. It is also the host of many wedding photo shoots.

MUSEUMS

Islamabad is surrounded by Historical Museums like Lok Virsa Museum, which is also an attractive place full of Heritage. It shows the beauty of handcrafted and art works that rebirths the folk cultural and traditional customs.

Moreover, the Natural History Museum gains relatively less audience but people obsessed with Historic landmarks and unique & antique things from mother Nature love to pay a visit. The Taxila Museum is also listed in the Museums in the vicinity of Islamabad which also has a great importance in its own.

For those people who love History, Art, Antique things, Unique and Ancient Interests, Heritage etc., these Museums are like fulfilled Dreams to them.

SAIDPUR VILLAGE

There is a small type of village in Islamabad which has gained much importance because it shows that how people live in rural areas. It is very rare to find a village in a capital city. But, Islamabad has always been exceptional. Saidpur Village has all the environment of a village. There are Goats roaming around everywhere. It also accommodates a Masjid as well as a Hindu Mandir which reflects that how it values every religion. There are many famous restaurants which recently opened to accommodate the people, who love to visit, as they provide a full village ambiance and environment. People live there and enjoy full village as well as city life privileges.

There are numerous Tourist Attraction places in Islamabad. To talk about all of them would cover the whole blog but places won't end, hence now let us enter the Shopping Malls in Islamabad which themselves gain much importance and are great tourist favorite places. Their architectural structures and unique designs attract the Tourists from distant places. 

THE CENTAURUS

If we talk about the Malls of Islamabad without mentioning The Centaurus Mall, it's impossible. At the beautiful road named Jinnah Avenue, in the midst of amazing Blue Area, there lies the huge Centaurus Mall. It has a spectacular design consisting of three Sky Scrapper buildings connected at bottom through a wave type structure which gains the most visitors. It has importance in its own way as their are offices and tallest Five-star residences of Pakistan at the top stories and at the bottom floors it contains  massive market. This market/mall has plenty of different types of shops and is spread throughout the five huge floors. 

Among these floors, one whole floor contains only the famous Food Court which attracts the local as well as international tourists. Whoever visits Islamabad, they ought to visit this gigantic beauty. There is also a fun-city named play-area for children along with a cinema for to enjoy movies.

Moreover, an  amazing thing regarding this Mall is that anybody can come and shop whatever they want to and whenever they want to. All types of people come at this place as it is an all-purpose fulfilment place.

SAFA GOLD MALL

Safa Gold Mall has its own significance. It is one of the classiest Malls as it is located in one of the most sophisticated areas of Islamabad i.e the Jinnah Super Market F-7. It's structure and design has gained much attention. The people from all over world visit this place. 

Most of the foreigners love to spend time in this Mall and find it pleasant to shop and drive around the shops and court. The size of the mall is massive as it also contains such facilities like fitness club (whole floor) and a swimming pool, in addition to that there is a Sauna Bath as well. This shows that people, whether local or foreigners, are given full amenities and are being treated equally.

There are certain other Malls situated in Islamabad and in its vicinity namely Emporium Islamabad, The Olympus Mall, Giga Mall and many others.
